In an attempt to make amends and patch things up with Kylie Jenner, Tristan Thompson is trying.
In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” 32-year-old Tristan tried to mend his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Kylie. After being involved in several instances of infidelity with their sister, Khloé Kardashian, this is his first attempt at reconciliation.
Tristan’s talk with Kylie, 26, was especially important because he had previously messed up with her best friend, Jordyn Woods. Up until this conversation, Tristan and Kylie had not adequately addressed the fallout from that incident.
Tristan Thompson wants to clear the air with Khloé’s siblings
Khloé, 39, spoke with Kylie before their meeting to make sure the beauty mogul was amenable to the conversation—especially since Khloé had told Tristan a few days prior that “Kendall [Jenner] doesn’t like you very much.”
After hearing this, Tristan announced that he was going to make plans to see Khloé’s siblings, whom he had not yet spoken to, to resolve any unresolved issues. “He wants to speak with you guys,” Khloé told her sister. “There doesn’t have to be closure, but how can there be any form of progress if no one’s willing to talk?”
When Kylie decided to talk to Tristan, she said, “She has to separate Tristan as a person from the things he’s done to Khloé, which is confusing for her. She likes Tristan as a person.” There is mistrust in the air.”
Say, who are you? What’s the one?” Khloé agreed. “Out of everything, that is the biggest mindf—. He’s all these amazing f—ing things, so why couldn’t he be amazing to me?
“She has a forgiving personality, and she appreciates that Tristan takes her daughter out with True and has a good relationship with her,” Kylie said in a confessional. She believes that they never talked about things because it wasn’t the right time to do so following the death of his mother. She therefore believes that talking about everything that happened would be beneficial.”
Tristan Thompson’s words to Kylie Jenner
When Tristan went to Kylie’s house later in the episode, they had a conversation about their past disagreements and their effects.
Tristan told Kylie that everyone was affected differently by the situation, especially the loss of a sister. He emphasized their strong bond and acknowledged the loss of Jordyn, who was a big part of Kylie’s life. Tristan realized that it was difficult for Khloé and Kylie because he had put Jordyn and himself in an unsuitable and foolish situation.
He went on, accepting complete accountability, ‘I want to apologize and feel bad about it, even though it’s all my fault. I want to apologize again because life is too short to live poorly, act like an f—ing idiot, and be young and foolish. Even though we are human, it can occasionally be challenging to move past regrettable events.’
Kylie expressed her thoughts about her current relationship with Jordyn and appreciated Tristan’s candor.
“I think I was so co-dependent with Jordyn that I could’ve never imagined my life without her,” she said. “I believe she needed to grow without me and I needed to grow without her, and we would have most likely still been living together. However, Jordyn and I get along well. We’re fine; we still chat and catch up.”
Tristan Thompson’s praised Kylie Jenner for being there for his family
Tristan admitted in a confessional that Kylie had helped his family through difficult times and that his actions had had an impact on her life. Given the widespread impact, he emphasized the significance of taking responsibility and offered his apology to Kylie and Jordyn, hoping that Kylie would also share the message with Jordyn.
Speaking to Kylie directly, Tristan conveyed his wish to win back his family’s respect, stressing that he’s taking things day by day. Even though Kylie found it difficult to forgive Khloé’s actions, she said she was willing to move on. Tristan said, “I’m not in a position to ask for anything,” acknowledging his position.
The only thing, in my opinion, that I can do is keep proving myself and being true to who I am. After that, I believe that I should gradually work to win back everyone’s trust.”
