Amy Robach, a former GMA3 Host, displays toned abs in a sports bra and athletic shorts. Amy Robach, the former host of GoodMorning America 3, was spotted jogging alone around the West Village neighborhood of New York City, as seen in exclusive photos obtained by the U.S.Sun. The 50-year-old showcased her well-toned abs by donning a white sports bra and navy blue athletic shorts that accentuated her waist.

To enhance her workout, Amy accessorized with bright pink sneakers, sunglasses, wireless headphones, and a smartwatch. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a low bun, with a few shorter strands left loose at the front. She was also seen holding her cell phone while running.

Recently, Amy and fellow former GMA3 host TJ Holmes, with whom she had an affair last year, were seen stretching together before a workout. However, these exclusive photos capture Amy during her solo run, showcasing her dedication to fitness and maintaining her toned physique.

Notably, both Amy and TJ were married to other persons at the time of their affair, Amy to her now ex-husband Andrew Shue, aged 56, and TJ to his now ex-wife Marilee Fiebig, aged 45. The couple has been unabashedly open about their love for each other ever since. Recently, they were photographed going for a run together in Manhattan, holding hands during a romantic stroll on a date night, and sharing kisses while enjoying lunch at an outdoor cafe the previous month.

Amy Robach quietly makes a comeback on social media after a hiatus following the GMA3 and TJ Holmes controversy. TJ Holmes’s sweetheart daughter, Ava, took to Instagram on May 21 to announce the availability of her album, titled “A Place To Come Home To,” on streaming services. She expressed her excitement about the record, describing it as a culmination of years dedicated to refining her sound for live audiences.

Amy Robach Early Life and Career

Amy Robach was born in St. Joseph, Michigan, but she grew up in East Lansing, Michigan, before her family relocated to St. Louis, Missouri. Later, they moved again to Georgia, where she attended high school and college. She graduated with high honors in broadcasting journalism from the University of Georgia after completing her education at Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia. In 1995, she participated in the Miss Georgia pageant and secured the position of 4th runner-up.

Robach began her career at WCBD-TV in 1995 before joining WTTG in Washington, D.C., in 1999. She then moved to MSNBC in 2003, where she spent four years working on various programs, including anchoring two hours in the morning and filling in on shows like Weekend Today, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, and Morning Joe. In July 2007, she was appointed co-anchor of Weekend Today, and she bid farewell to the show on May 19, 2012, when she announced her move to ABC News.

Initially, Robach joined ABC’s Good Morning America as a correspondent and later became the news anchor for the show on March 31, 2014. In 2018, she took on the role of co-anchor for 20/20.

In March 2022, Robarch began Hosting the ABC daytime program Pandemic: What You Need to Know, which initially focused on the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. It replaced the show Strahan, Sara & Keke. The program was later rebranded as GMA3: What You Need to Know, with Robach continuing as the host. However, in December 2022, Robach was removed from GMA3 following the revelation of her affair with her married co-anchor, T.J. Holmes.
