‘After undergoing a recent examination, it was revealed to me that I have sustained an injury to my vocal cords, resulting in vocal fold trauma,’ shared the singer. ‘They advised me to go on vocal rest for six weeks, so that is what I am going to do. They do not want me to talk at all, but they said that if I need to, it’s okay for something like this.’
