Infected individuals face discrimination and persecution, leading some to form the militant Reunion movement, battling the oppressive Terra governments.
In this game, players step into the shoes of the “Doctor” who commands a team of “operators” under Rhodes Island, an organization at the nexus of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and self-defense. As oripathy spreads, Rhodes Island’s mission becomes layered: seek a cure while fending off Reunion and various Terra authorities.
