Fans Celebrate BTS Jin’s Military Discharge with Festive Ads and Events

Jin, a member of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS, is set to be discharged from the military on June 12th. Fans are eagerly anticipating his return, and the excitement is evident in the celebrations already underway.

In Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, the main street leading to the 5th Division Recruit Training Base is adorned with fan projects and advertisements honoring Jin’s discharge.

This enthusiastic display highlights the strong support and admiration Jin continues to receive from his fans.

Jin appears to be done with his military service, getting discharged soon

A rep from the cafe that had a fan-made advertisement on the building facade commented, 

“The advertisement went up since the 5th after the request from the fans. We understand how they are cherishing him, so we didn’t charge them for the advertisement.” 

During his military service, Jin, a BTS member, visited a local cafe with his colleagues multiple times, where he was described as down to earth.

Although there won’t be any major events on his discharge day, Jin plans to personally greet 4,000 ARMYs on June 13th as part of the ‘2024 FESTA’ celebrations.

Jin began his mandatory military service on December 13th, 2022, and fans are eagerly awaiting his return.
