Farewell to Flavor: Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon’s Jeju Cafe Closure

Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon are preparing to close their Jeju cafe, Long Play, which debuted less than two years ago. In an official announcement through the cafe’s channels, they revealed the closure date as May 31st.

The channel conveyed,

“We are announcing the last day of operation for Long Play. Long Play Coffee & Music was conceived to introduce quality specialty coffee beans from nationwide roasters, accompanied by good music, to coffee lovers in Jeju.

Launched in July 2022, the cafe has received much love and attention since. We are immensely grateful to everyone who visited us. May 31st will be the final day we are open.”

Adding to the announcement, the channel noted,

“To express our regret for not being able to accommodate more guests, the cafe will operate as a non-reservation venue for one month starting May 1st.”

Lee Sang-soon initially launched the cafe in July 2022, running it by reservation only.
